FOR THE TITLE OF THE WORK CONTACT THE CHEF

Before being a chef he is a man, a man of great irony, depth and wisdom. A man who knows how to reproduce infinitely (as infinite is the succession of Fibonacci present in the Roman broccoli) his deeds generating a chain reaction of significant events… like a sort of bounce of emotions. In this magical place (Labico’s natural monument) day and night meet in a time and place that does not exist, except in the most sensitive minds.

The work was created during the art residence ZOLLE organized by ADA – Art advisor and starred chef Antonello Colonna.

PER IL TITOLO DELL’OPERA RIVOLGERSI ALLO CHEF

Prima di essere uno chef èun uomo, un uomo di grande ironia, profondità e saggezza. Un uomo che sa far riprodurre all’infinito (come infinita èla successione di Fibonacci presente nel broccolo romanesco) le sue gesta generando una reazione a catena di eventi significativi… come una sorta di rimbalzello di emozioni. In questo luogo magico (il monumento naturale di Labico) il giorno e la notte si incontrano in un tempo e in un luogo che non esiste, se non nelle menti piùsensibili.

L’opera è stata realizzata durante la residenza d’arte ZOLLE organizzata da ADA – Art advisor e dallo Chef stellato Antonello Colonna.
